About the Role
As the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence and ensure a superior guest experience through excellent hospitality and service. You will partner with the Director of Operations and Executive Chef to set, meet, and exceed business goals, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and core values of Union Square Hospitality Group.
This role requires a leader with a friendly yet competitive spirit, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build high-performing teams. You will cultivate a culture of "Enlightened Hospitality" for all stakeholders, lead the management team in delivering consistent, memorable moments for guests, and foster a close partnership with the kitchen to ensure alignment on business initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve balancing operational responsibilities with strategic decision-making, providing coaching for team growth, and building a foundation for operational excellence through clear roles and efficient processes.
