Camping World is seeking a General Manager to lead our growing team. In this role, you will create and oversee all phases of dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability within a customer-centric environment.
As the General Manager, you will manage a quality sales team, develop creative strategies to drive sales, and maintain accurate inventory levels. You will be responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss, managing budgets, and initiating cost control mechanisms. Additionally, you will model great customer service behaviors and select staff for growth and development opportunities while maintaining a safe work area for employees and customers.
