This entry-level, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to see a different part of your city every day from a bird's-eye view. As part of the Operations crew, you will bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Nashville, TN, and the surrounding areas. You will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed.
In this role, you will work alongside the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. Installation involves handling large vinyl advertisements and ensuring they are properly assembled to the billboard structure. Maintenance includes construction work such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim, changing light bulbs, and conducting storm damage repairs. The tallest billboard structure in the company is around 200 feet, so comfort with heights is a must.
This position most often works alone, requiring you to manage your work schedule effectively while adhering to safety regulations. You will bring your experience with power and manual tools, while the company provides all necessary equipment and training.
Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and adventure every single day. We offer a comprehensive 6-week training program to get you started, along with career advancement opportunities and ongoing professional development. We invest in connection, community involvement, and transparency around employee feedback, fostering a people-first culture.
Candidates with a disability in need of an accommodation to fulfill application requirements should email recruiting@lamar.com.
