The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) boasts a fifty-year distinguished history of clinical, translational, and basic research on the complications of diabetes. Recognized as High Performing in Diabetes care in the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report, our team is dedicated to helping patients manage diabetes with innovative treatments and personalized care.

About the Role

As an Endocrinologist, you will join a collaborative team of sixteen physicians, ten nurse practitioners/physician assistants, and dieticians to treat patients with a full spectrum of endocrine conditions, including thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, bone, gonadal, and metabolic disorders, alongside diabetes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of care through a newly opened joint endocrine/obstetric clinic and developing telemedicine initiatives.

Beyond clinical excellence, you will serve as a mentor to six Endocrinology fellows in training, rotating residents, and medical students. You will work within a team-based care model designed to support sustainable workloads and physician well-being, utilizing AI-enabled documentation tools integrated into the Epic EHR to reduce administrative burdens.
