About the Role
The New Mexico Heart Institute is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Cardiologist (non-invasive) to join our Roswell Clinic location. This role offers a dynamic combined inpatient and outpatient mix, designed for experienced or graduating cardiologists skilled in EKG. The position features a balanced schedule with three days in the clinic and two days in the hospital Cath Lab, operating Monday through Friday. You will manage a daily patient average of 20-25 in a Cardiology Specialty Clinic equipped with on-site EKG capabilities. The hospital features a 27-bed facility with onsite Cath Lab and Stress Testing. The role includes remote rotating call with compensation, typically involving 0-3 patient encounters. The team utilizes the Epic EMR system.
