About the Role

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team where your mechanical skills make a real difference? We are seeking talented individuals to join our assembly operations in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. As a General Assembler, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, working with high-performance motors, blower systems, premium sheet metal components, and advanced insulation and panel systems.

This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge mechanical systems, providing the opportunity to build and assemble critical components that power our products. You will utilize modern pneumatic tools, precision hand tools, and professional-grade equipment to ensure quality standards are met at every step. The position is designed for those who enjoy variety, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to develop advanced mechanical assembly techniques and blueprint reading skills.

Work Schedule

We offer a flexible schedule that works for you with unique 14-day cycles. You can choose between day or night shifts. The schedule features a pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, and 4 days off, resulting in only 7 workdays in a 14-day period. This predictable rhythm allows for multiple extended breaks every month, ensuring a perfect balance of work and personal time.
