GBS Transformation - Order to Deliver - Retail Billing, Senior Analyst

About the Role

You will serve as a catalyst for transformation within the OTDS Billing landscape, owning end-to-end projects from pre-work through post-deployment. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technology execution, ensuring that global transformation initiatives deliver tangible results for the company.

In this position, you will facilitate workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, translating pain points and opportunities into world-class processes and technology enablers. You will prepare and present current state and future state analyses, testing plans, and deployment strategies to leadership. By developing user stories and supporting technology deployments, you will help the team prioritize workload and influence decision-making to align projects with operational strategy and enterprise goals.

Success in this role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with business partners, anticipating needs before they arise, and collaborating cross-functionally across the globe. You will lead by example, demonstrating GM behaviors and a commitment to personal development while helping the team understand the bigger picture of how their work drives the company forward.

Location & Work Model

This role is categorized as Hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the Global Tech Center in Warren, MI, at least three times per week, or at a frequency dictated by the business. Please note that this role is not eligible for relocation benefits.
