Baylor College of Medicine at CHRISTUS Children's is a leading institution dedicated to advancing pediatric care. Within the Department of Pediatrics, the Division of Gastroenterology is a hub of innovation, recognized for establishing the first of its kind Advanced Endoscopy fellowship and successfully training five fellows. The division is supported by the Voelker Clinical Research Center, which provides resources for faculty pursuing clinical research.
We are seeking a faculty member to join our Division of Gastroenterology with a specialization in Motility Disorders. This full-time position offers a faculty appointment within the Department of Pediatrics, combining clinical excellence with academic leadership. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for children with intestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders, as well as emergency room consultations. Faculty members will perform general pediatric gastrointestinal procedures, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy with related therapeutic interventions. A key component of this position is the supervision and education of medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the next generation of pediatric gastroenterologists.
