As a Gage and Fixture Builder, you will be the backbone of our precision assembly process. This position focuses on machining precision details and assembling fixtures that ensure our products meet exacting standards. You will work closely with the Foreman and your team to maintain high-quality output.
Your day-to-day involves operating bridge ports and saws to machine components, performing precision grinding, and assembling check fixtures. Beyond the technical work, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of your equipment and keeping your work area clean and safe. You will also drive a company truck as needed for logistics, requiring a valid driver's license but no CDL.
We are looking for someone who can stay focused on tasks, take direction well, and apply decent math skills to their work. While specific training for job-related tasks is available upon request, we value candidates who bring experience in GDT, welding, shop machining, or CAD as a bonus.
