As the FVP, Investor Reporting, you will serve as the primary operational owner for accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to whole loan and non-agency investors. This role is critical for executing, controlling, and continuously improving AmeriHome's investor reporting, remittance, and reconciliation activities. You will act as the subject matter expert in investor accounting, translating complex contractual and deal-level provisions into scalable, controlled operating processes.
In this position, you will manage a team of analysts and partner closely with Capital Markets, Finance, Compliance, and subservicers to ensure a best-in-class control environment. Your day-to-day involves overseeing investor cash remittances, advance activity, and reconciliations, while serving as the primary escalation point for complex reporting issues. You will also provide operational support for non-agency servicing, assist with new securitization issuances, and interface with trustees, custodians, and third-party administrators to ensure reporting accuracy.
