About the Role
The Global Fund Finance team is seeking a Fund Accounting Associate to join the team in support of business growth. This role is designed for highly motivated individuals who are proactive, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate will serve as a collaborative team player, working closely with internal operations teams and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview daily and monthly estimate and final fund NAVs
- check_circlePrepare and review capital calls and distributions allocations
- check_circlePrepare and review fund forecasts, performance estimates, and attributions
- check_circleAssist in reviewing investor statements and internal reporting
- check_circleOversee and review the work of the offshore team
- check_circleTrack investment costs and monitor the fair value of investments
- check_circleCoordinate with external auditors for the year-end audit process
- check_circleOversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation processes
- check_circleCalculate management fees, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR
Requirements
- verifiedBS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
- verified3+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience
- verified3+ years of public or private accounting experience
- verifiedCPA preferred
- verifiedStrong Excel skills preferred
Nice to Have
Experience in private equity and/or hedge funds and/or audit. Knowledge of SEC/relevant regulatory filings for investment funds. CPA certification. Strong Excel skills.
