About the Role
We are seeking a Functional Tester with specialized expertise in the FACETS application and the US Healthcare domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical healthcare systems, specifically focusing on Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing, and Benefits modules. You will serve as the quality gatekeeper for complex EDI transactions and end-to-end claims lifecycles, bridging the gap between technical execution and business requirements.
In this hybrid position based in Seattle, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system behaviors. Your day-to-day involves designing robust test scenarios, executing rigorous regression and integration testing, and managing defects through the SDLC. You will play a key role in supporting UAT cycles and production validation, ensuring that data transformations and mappings across systems adhere to strict HIPAA standards and operational workflows.
