About the Role
We are actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Howell County, Missouri, and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for individuals living in or near West Plains who are looking to earn supplemental or full-time income on their own schedule.
As a Field Inspector, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits designed to confirm property status and report on general conditions. The workflow is built for efficiency, with standard inspections typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory, enjoying stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county.
This territory covers a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops. The role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day. A fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads are especially valuable for success in this environment.
