About the Role
Mercy Health is seeking two dedicated and skilled Gynecology Physicians to join our growing team at our Fairfield Hospital location in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced schedule designed to support exceptional patient care while providing comprehensive resources to our medical staff.
The selected candidates will serve as vital members of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. The role involves providing high-quality general gynecology care, performing both surgical and non-surgical treatments, and participating in hospital rounds and consultative services as needed. Physicians will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and engage in continuous professional development.
A key component of this position is the call coverage schedule. The role requires one week of call per month, with coverage responsibilities shared between West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital. This structure ensures a reasonable patient workload while maintaining robust support for our community.
