Creative Therapy Solution is a BCBA-owned applied behavior analytic practice dedicated to the belief that every person deserves to be seen, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Our mission is to teach self-determination skills to children with disabilities and their parents, fostering positive changes within families through evidence-based assessments and treatments. We utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), the PEAK Relational Training System based on Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and the philosophy of Functional Contextualism (FC). Our goal is to help children become more confident and assimilated, while enabling parents to build more connected and peaceful relationships with their children. The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be the hands-on partner in implementing our mission. You will directly implement skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by your supervisor, ensuring that every interaction supports the child's growth and self-determination. Your day will involve accurate documentation and data collection, as well as collaborating with supervisors and BCBA staff during consultations. You will communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, parents, and the broader community, adapting to various service environments including schools, homes, clinics, and social groups.

Hiring Process

To join our crew, candidates must complete a fingerprint clearance card and a criminal background check. You will also need to complete a 40-hour training program conducted by a BACB certificant based on the RBT Task List and pass the RBT Competency Assessment. Once hired, you will attend introductory and ongoing training to ensure you are equipped to support our clients effectively.
