About the Role
Welcome to Key West — more a state of mind than a place. At the gateway to the island, Blue Flamingo brings bold design, elevated amenities, and vibrant experiences to life. The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. This role ensures quality service, guest satisfaction, and control over liquor inventory while maintaining the service and cleanliness of the bar area.

Employees are expected to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, approaching all encounters with guests and colleagues in an attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. The role requires adherence to all hotel policies, safety rules, and state liquor laws, including the ability to handle intoxicated guests with care. Team members must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, wear the proper uniform and nametag, and be familiar with fire safety protocols.
