Veterinarian-founded and owned, Lap of Love offers an alternative to traditional in-clinic practice. We are a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals who thrive in a culture of kindness. Our mission is to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families during one of life's most meaningful moments, ensuring that veterinarians can practice with purpose while living a balanced and supported life.
As an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Dallas, you will reconnect with the heart of why you became a veterinarian. This role honors your time and supports your well-being by allowing you to work independently within a supportive framework. You will provide deeply appreciated care, focusing on 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day that prioritize time with families over paperwork.
You will not be practicing in isolation. With ongoing training, seasoned mentors, and dedicated practice managers, you will always feel connected to a team that wants to see you shine. The role is designed to fill your heart with gratitude at every appointment, aligning your daily work with your professional values.
Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before their associated start date.
Lap of Love is committed to a culture of kindness and inclusivity, welcoming veterinarians from all backgrounds to join our mission of providing compassionate end-of-life care.
