About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles within the warehouse, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, depending on business needs.
About the Role
This position operates within a fast-paced environment where safety is our utmost priority. You will embrace our safety culture and ensure safe work practices at all times. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day workflow where you might operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product, or engage in manual tasks like unloading trucks, palletizing, and organizing orders.
You will work in a warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature variations and may be required to work at heights up to 60 feet or more. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to walk and stand 100% of the time and lift, push, or pull boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds. Additionally, you will foster an inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
Hiring Process & Application
To apply, candidates must meet basic qualifications, including a minimum of three months of related warehouse experience (or equivalent training/education), basic English language skills, and the ability to pass a drug screen. Full-time associates must be willing to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to wear safety composite shoes.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive pay rate of $23.75/hour, which includes a $1.25/hour shift differential. We also provide a pay-for-performance model where associates can earn additional compensation if they meet certain productivity thresholds. Benefits include a pair of work shoes after 60 days, and for full-time associates, 112 hours of PTO, a holiday schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday), online and retail discounts, a company match 401(k), and physical and mental health wellness programs.
