About the Role

This position operates as a dynamic blend of sales and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability by recruiting top talent to fulfill open client job orders while simultaneously establishing and developing robust client relationships.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting through various channels, managing job orders from intake to fulfillment, and utilizing a candidate skills matrix to ensure the right matches. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying talent and a strategic mindset for business development.
