Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEstablish and maintain target client relationships
- check_circleGenerate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
- check_circleManage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- check_circleUtilize Bullhorn to log activity and manage book of business
- check_circleCollaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions
- check_circleConduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree required
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience
- verifiedCPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
- verifiedPrevious experience in recruiting or business development a plus
