The Executive Financial Recruiter operates in a dynamic, blended role designed to drive growth and connect top talent with opportunity. You will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability by simultaneously recruiting qualified candidates to fulfill open client job orders and establishing robust client relationships.
In this position, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. Your day will involve a mix of strategic prospecting, relationship building, and active recruitment. You will manage job orders from intake to fulfillment, utilizing tools like Bullhorn to log activities and grow your book of business. Success in this role requires a results-oriented mindset, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and the interpersonal intelligence to build rapport and trust across the organization.

Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic considerations. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD. In addition to base pay, applicants may be eligible for incentive compensation programs based on performance targets, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
