About the Role
As a Dairy Associate, you will be the backbone of our dairy department, ensuring it remains well-stocked and expertly merchandised. Your day-to-day involves maintaining exceptional customer service by adhering to our "Meet and Greet" policies, keeping shelf conditions pristine through daily cleanings, and managing inventory to ensure products are always available. You will work closely with the Store Director, Assistant Store Director, and Grocery Manager to order products and handle all necessary paperwork with integrity and timeliness.
Physical Requirements
This role involves medium work that requires good corrected vision and hearing. You must be capable of lifting 50 lb. boxes occasionally, exerting 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. of force constantly. The position requires dexterous use of both hands to handle materials, use knives and sharp instruments for food preparation, and the ability to stand, move, stoop, kneel, and reach across various workstations, including floors that may occasionally become slippery.
