About the Role

We are seeking an engaged, team-focused, and energetic Front Office Supervisor for an exceptionally designed hotel located in the heart of the dynamic Hudson Yards District. This role is perfect for someone who believes that service is about creating guest experiences, not just a series of transactions. You will lead the front office team in one of New York City's most exciting areas, situated just one block from the Jacob Javits Center, the Highline, and the new 7-line station, with Madison Square Garden and Times Square just a few blocks away.

In this position, you will ensure every interaction is warm and welcoming. You will coordinate daily operations to facilitate seamless communication between departments, mentor staff to foster a culture of growth, and oversee guest check-in and check-out processes with efficiency. We are looking for a natural leader with empathy as their MO, where both guests and staff feel your presence. You understand that how something is said is often as important as what is said, and you excel at turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.
