As a Front Office Associate at our Mays Landing location, you will be the face of our store, assisting in daily operations and clerical tasks. This role is designed for a reliable, organized individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You will interact with a variety of customers, handling inquiries and complaints while ensuring a seamless experience.
Your day-to-day will involve managing the front desk, answering phones, and processing customer transactions. You will be responsible for recording payments, updating customer accounts, and creating purchase orders. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating installation schedules and appointments, ensuring our customers' projects stay on track.
