About the Role
We are immediately seeking two reliable and organized Front Office Associates to join our Mechanicsburg location. In this role, you will be the face of our store, interacting with a variety of customers while managing daily operations and clerical tasks. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage installation schedules, and process payments and refunds. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will be essential as you document customer accounts, create purchase orders, and answer phones in our fast-paced environment.
