Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities to ensure accurate sales capture
- check_circleDirect traffic flow for speedy checkout while ensuring guest needs are met
- check_circleCreate and manage daily schedules and control sheets for maximum efficiency
- check_circleTake ownership of the Front End when the Front-End Leader is not on duty
- check_circleEnsure all compliance activities are completed daily including AML and scale checks
- check_circleTrain and coach Front End Team Members on efficiencies and loss prevention tactics
- check_circleSupport Front End Leader with special project or champion assignments
- check_circleOrder Front End supplies while monitoring costs
