About the Team
The Camp Transformation Center is a growing fitness community dedicated to helping members achieve their health goals. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Front Desk / Sales Associate to join our team and bring our brand to life.
About the Role
This position is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys talking to people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be the face of the gym, greeting members and prospects with energy and professionalism while managing front desk operations.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of sales, community engagement, and facility care. You'll answer phones and messages, book consultations, and work to convert prospects into members. Beyond the desk, you'll play a key role in our social media presence by capturing in-gym content, filming videos, and posting stories to increase engagement. You'll also ensure the facility remains clean and organized, from the lobby to the workout floor and restrooms.
While fitness experience is a plus, we value personality and work ethic above all. If you are passionate about helping others succeed and are comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, this is the role for you.
Location & Schedule
Location: 2129 Morrill Ave, San Jose
Schedule:
- Weekday mornings: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Must be available most days)
- Occasional Saturday mornings
- Closed on Sundays
