About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team as the first point of contact for members and visitors. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters our gym. You will be the face of the facility, ensuring that every interaction—from greeting guests to handling administrative tasks—is professional and welcoming.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. Whether you are assisting with new member sign-ups, providing tours of the facility, or simply ensuring the front area remains clean and organized, your presence sets the tone for the entire gym.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply directly with a focus on their customer service background. We are particularly looking for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, as bilingual communication is a key requirement for this role.
