About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to drive day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency. Your focus will be on growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, and package sales, while providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. You will be the first point of contact, giving every guest an enthusiastic welcome and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
Compensation
Hourly pay is tiered based on performance, specifically the number of new members and "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" packages sold. Rates range from $16/hr to $20/hr.
