About the Role

As a Receptionist at Child Mind Institute, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clinical and administrative teams. Your presence sets the tone for the patient experience, ensuring that families, staff, and guests feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth flow of our NYC headquarters, where you will manage the front desk, coordinate patient check-ins, and ensure our waiting areas remain a calm and organized environment.

You will work collaboratively with intake coordinators and clinicians to facilitate seamless interactions, handling everything from greeting visitors to assisting with scheduling and scoring psychological assessments. This is a fully on-site, full-time position located at our NYC headquarters, operating on the 12:00pm - 8:00pm shift, Monday through Friday.
