About the Role
As a Front Desk Operator, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and families, playing a critical role in shaping the SmileWorks experience. This position is ideal for an energetic, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with children and possesses strong operational awareness.
In this role, you will be the face of our practice, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will support efficient front-office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized flow for our patients while accurately implementing office policies and procedures. Success in this role requires a team player who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and maintain a high level of enthusiasm while managing a busy schedule.

This is a full-time, in-person position with 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday.
