About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk / Cross-Trained Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team in NW Washington, DC. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable managing the front office and supporting clinical operations.
The role is primarily focused on front desk duties, with a dedicated shift on Fridays dedicated to hygiene assisting responsibilities in the back office. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and experienced in dental front office operations, while also being flexible and comfortable supporting the clinical team when needed.
Schedule
This position operates on a hybrid schedule to ensure comprehensive support for the practice:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Front Desk duties
- Friday: Hygiene Assistant (Back Office)
- One Saturday per month: Rotating coverage
Important Licensing Requirement
Candidates must hold a valid Dental Assistant license in Washington, DC to be considered for this role.
