About the Practice
Founded in 1983 and located in San Jose, CA, our practice is dedicated to delivering advanced alternative medicine to correct chronic problems and prevent disease. We offer a comprehensive range of services including chiropractic corrective care, functional medicine and nutrition, deep tissue laser therapy, and non-surgical spinal decompression. Our team also provides regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy through a board-certified medical physician to repair joints and nerves without surgery, alongside metabolic testing and body contouring solutions.
About the Role
We are seeking a super friendly, energetic, and "get it done" individual to manage our front desk and handle patient scheduling in our busy medical office. This is a career position with significant opportunities for advancement and management training. You will be the face of our practice, required to be a positive team player who is willing to help wherever needed. In our fast-paced environment, team members often step in to cover each other's roles to ensure patients are smoothly taken care of.
A key part of this role involves being who the patient needs. You will provide the "tough love" necessary to ensure patients show up for their appointments, understanding that they often let other things get in the way of their health. You must be able to admire even the toughest patients and ensure they receive the help they need.
