About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our busy music school. This role is designed for a professional, organized, and reliable individual who serves as the welcoming face of the academy. You will manage schedules, coordinate with instructors, and communicate effectively with families to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, greeting them with warmth and professionalism. Your day will involve handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, while also supporting essential logistics such as payments, attendance tracking, and event coordination. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting that requires multitasking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Schedule
This is a part-time role, approximately 30–35 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
