As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for each visit, ensuring our infusion centers run smoothly and our patients feel valued. From managing schedules to maintaining patient records, your work ensures that the care experience is exceptional. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to coordinate patient flow and communicate clearly with nursing staff to ensure a safe and seamless experience.
