About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Maryland. This contract opportunity offers the potential for a permanent role, making it ideal for someone who thrives as the first point of contact for guests while also contributing to sales support and administrative coordination.

The right candidate brings strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving workplace. You will serve as the welcoming face of our office, managing front desk activities, overseeing sign-in procedures, and ensuring shared spaces like the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms remain tidy and presentable.

Beyond traditional reception duties, you will play an active role in our leasing efforts. This includes leading prospective clients through office suites and conference rooms, answering questions about our environment and services, and assisting with scheduling to help move prospects toward rental agreements. You will also handle incoming calls through a multi-line system, directing messages accurately and providing helpful information to callers.
