About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Dental Front Desk / Care Coordinator to join our appreciative team. This role is a unique alternative to the ordinary, designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment. You will serve as the face of the practice, handling administrative tasks in the front office area with a focus on excellent customer service and team collaboration.

In this position, you will verify patient eligibility, present treatment plans, and triage appointments accordingly. As a paperless office, you will not be filing or pulling charts; instead, you will leverage your digital skills to manage tasks using Dentrix Practice Software, MS Office, and Windows operating systems. Success in this role requires emotional maturity, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to maintain a friendly, positive demeanor with both patients and team members.
