About the Role
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic group. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, doctors, and the administrative team. You will be responsible for managing the patient journey, from treatment planning and insurance coordination to financial ledger management and appointment scheduling.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor. You will be expected to take personal ownership of the practice, acting as a positive role model and leader within the office. This position requires a deep familiarity with multi-specialty operations, including billing, coding, and various insurance plans (PPO and HMO).
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. The office operates Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays is required. Once a schedule is mutually agreed upon, consistency is expected.
