About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent - Hospitality Liaison, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment. Your mission is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all departments are well-coordinated to enhance the overall guest experience, acting as the central hub for guest inquiries, reservations, and immediate needs.
In this dynamic environment, you will manage the flow of the front desk, offering assistance throughout a guest's visit and addressing any concerns that arise. Success in this role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
