About the Role
The Front Desk & Wellness Agent serves as the primary point of contact for our guests while delivering hands-on wellness services. This unique position blends hospitality, equipment operation, and facility care to ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience. You will be the face of the brand, greeting clients warmly, managing their flow through our scheduling and POS systems, and guiding them through their recovery journey.
In this role, you will operate advanced wellness technology such as whole-body and localized cryotherapy units, lymphatic compression devices, and red light therapy panels. While full training is provided on all machines and service protocols prior to independent operation, you will be responsible for conducting pre-session screenings, ensuring client safety, and maintaining a spotless, spa-level environment. Your day will involve balancing front desk administrative duties with active service delivery, ensuring rooms are turned over efficiently and supplies are restocked to meet the demands of a fast-paced wellness center.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience in a wellness spa, medical spa, fitness, or recovery environment. Familiarity with cryotherapy, compression therapy, or red-light therapy. Experience with scheduling or POS software (Mindbody, Jane App, Square, etc.).
