As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, responsible for creating a five-star welcome and departure experience for every guest. You will serve as the central hub for guest interactions, ensuring their stay is seamless from check-in to check-out.
In this role, you will manage all front-of-house operations, including processing reservations, handling room changes, and executing precise billing procedures. Your day will involve empathetically listening to guest inquiries, resolving service needs, and providing detailed information about our amenities, local attractions, and hotel services. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure special requests are fulfilled and any issues are resolved promptly.
Beyond guest services, you will maintain strict security protocols, manage financial accounts with accuracy, and support the team in maintaining the highest quality assurance standards. This position requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to reach our common goals.
