As a Front Desk Agent, you serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will operate the front desk computer system and telephone switchboard, handling check-ins, check-outs, and the settlement of guest accounts.
