As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service throughout their visit, and settling accounts upon departure. This role is vital to maximizing room revenue and occupancy while ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
You will serve as a concierge, handling inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation. Your day involves managing reservations, operating the telephone switchboard, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently. Whether handling check-ins, resolving issues, or delivering packages, you will maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor and uphold the high standards of Avion Hospitality.

You will work closely with associates across the hotel to anticipate and solve problems, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with college coursework in a related field being helpful. Experience in the hotel industry is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, remain detail-oriented, and perform well in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic arithmetic is required.
Please note that this position requires a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with Lightspeed PMS and Empower GXP systems is preferred.
