About the Role
We are seeking a positive and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. This role is designed to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable from the moment they arrive. You will act as the central hub for guest interactions, managing check-in and check-out processes, issuing room keys, and handling payments with accuracy and warmth.
In this position, you will be more than just a front desk operator; you will be a problem solver and a local expert. Your day will involve coordinating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room availability and property standards are met. You will take ownership of guest inquiries, offering personalized recommendations and resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation. The goal is to create a seamless experience where every guest feels valued and cared for, even when facing challenging situations.
As a key member of the team, you will also step in as the manager on duty when necessary, maintaining the hotel's presentation and overseeing operations in the absence of other leadership. This role requires a balance of administrative precision and genuine hospitality, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment.
