About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, creating memorable experiences for guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. This role is central to our mission of delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and tailored to the guest's needs.
You will be the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, handling everything from check-ins and check-outs to providing local recommendations for dining, transportation, and entertainment. Your day-to-day involves managing the front desk operations, including the telephone switchboard, mail, and package delivery, while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. By staying informed about hotel amenities, special events, and local attractions, you help maximize room revenue and occupancy through attentive service and effective communication with fellow associates and other departments.
