About the Role

The Front Office Administrative Coordinator is a key operational role responsible for ensuring Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty offices run efficiently while delivering a polished, hospitality-driven client and advisor experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for advisors, clients, vendors, and guests, setting the tone for the firm's reputation.

In this role, you will manage front desk workflows, support advisors and the listings coordination team, and partner with Hospitality Services to ensure seamless operations. You will be the guardian of the office environment, maintaining reception and lobby areas to company and brand standards while coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and client appointments. The role requires a hospitality-minded demeanor and the ability to adapt to different teams and office cultures across multiple locations.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position with no hybrid or remote option, essential for providing in-person front office coverage and office operations. You will support the Atlanta Metro offices (Buckhead, Cobb, Intown, and North Atlanta) and may travel between these locations on a scheduled basis to ensure consistent front office standards. The standard operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning, evening, or weekend hours required to support events and coverage needs.
