About the Role
The Fraud Investigation and Prevention Analyst serves as a critical first line of defense within the Global Fraud Prevention Department. This role is dedicated to managing and triaging incoming notifications of suspected fraud, leveraging advanced analytical tools to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks. By safeguarding client assets and the firm's reputation, the analyst plays a vital part in protecting the integrity of our financial services.
Working closely with senior team members, you will support the execution of fraud investigations and contribute to developing effective strategies to address emerging fraud scenarios. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to make sound determinations on complex banking transactions, ensuring that legitimate client needs are met while swiftly addressing suspicious activity.

- check_circleAnalyze banking transactions and daily reporting to identify suspicious activity for fraud
- check_circlePlace account restrictions, alerts, freezes, and blocks on accounts as necessary to mitigate fraud risks
- check_circleManage and triage incoming notifications of suspected fraud within the Global Fraud Prevention Department
- check_circleReview and disposition hotline channels and fraud notifications to determine legitimacy of allegations
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of one year of related work experience in a client-facing, fraud-related role

- verifiedCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation strongly preferred; willingness to obtain certification required
