The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager serves as the strategic financial partner for the TMS business, driving the core budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. This position is pivotal in preparing high-level financial presentations for Senior Leadership and ensuring the integrity of financial data across the organization.
The FP&A Manager operates at the intersection of finance and operations, collaborating closely with the Director of Finance TMS, the Accounting Shared Services team, and TMS leadership. The role is designed for a candidate who thrives on building strong relationships with Government Services Leadership, Executive Leadership, Business Development, Medical, Operations, Contracts & Compliance, Information Technology, and Program Management. By actively assessing business needs, the manager identifies short and long-term opportunities to enhance financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Beyond standard financial planning, this role plays a critical compliance function. The manager assists the Director of Finance in ensuring adherence to Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This includes supporting Bid and Proposal efforts, specifically regarding pricing, and partnering with the Contracts & Compliance team to manage reporting for contractual requirements and government audits.
