As the Foster Care and Therapeutic Services Director, you will serve as the Operations Management State Director, overseeing the company's operations across the state with revenues ranging from $10 to $30 million. This role is designed for a leader who combines significant management experience in the human services industry with a degree in Social Work to drive both profitability and service excellence.
In this position, you will act as the Chief Foster Care Administrator, managing strong relationships with payors and leading the state implementation of incident management protocols. You will direct medical and nursing services, oversee health and safety programs, and ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards. Your leadership will extend to developing state and regional teams, implementing employee practices, and fostering relations with families, guardians, and legislative officials. You will be responsible for maximizing growth, improving occupancy in core services, and driving quality initiatives that meet company standards while addressing individual needs.
