The Service Technician is the backbone of our operations, responsible for ensuring the reliability of forklifts and material handling equipment for our customers. This role exists to provide expert maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of brands. You will be the face of HTX at customer sites, demonstrating exceptional service skills while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
In this position, you will work across the entire HTX footprint, utilizing your expertise to diagnose complex electrical and hydraulic systems, perform engine tune-ups, and execute planned maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to mentor apprentice mechanics, sharing your knowledge to help the next generation of technicians grow.
